Biological Recording Databases which link to DMAP
Several Biological Recording packages are available which have built-in or separately-supplied links to DMAP for Windows. These are listed below, with a brief description, and the names and addresses of people to contact for further information.
MAPRECS
This simple species / grid square database is supplied in the DMAP package.
AditLink
A generic DMAP export utility made available by Adit Limited. Most of the packages listed on this page have a built-in link to DMAP, but this utility provides greater functionality. At present this utility supports exports from AditSite, Recorder 2002/2/6, Levana and MapMate.
